Movement in the Elementary Classroom (2 Credit Course) 

Movement is integral to true understanding in music – its expression, form and a myriad of other musical concepts. When a student develops movement methods in the early years, the learning is even more powerful. Attendees will be introduced to what neuroscience reveals about music processing, and then will develop a sequential movement program for young students.
