Dust off that Autoharp in your closet, tune it up, and settle in for a 90-minute Webinar in which you will be introduced to Jill’s version of the ABCs of playing the Chorded Zither, a.k.a. the Autoharp! We will address such topics as tuners and tuning, playing Appalachian style (upright) vs. table or laptop, picks, straps, strumming accompaniments and melody picking of familiar folk songs. You will gain the most out of this webinar if you attend with a tuned Autoharp and have a secure plastic thumb pick (Dunlop or Golden Gate) and two Dunlop metal fingerpicks (.025), which can be purchased at just about any music store that sells guitars. Come join the fun!
