First Steps in Music for Infants and Toddlers with Infants and Toddlers

First Steps in Music for Infants and Toddlers
with Infants and Toddlers
Saturday, July 26th– 1:45 – 2:45 PM Session II
Connie Greenwood

Come watch a live presentation of the First Steps in Music program at the Hartt School of Music and get a snapshot of what it looks like to work with parents and their children. An infant/toddler class will be open for observation and participants will receive a lesson plan template to use for their own teaching.

My goal is to offer participants a living example of parents using the First Steps in Music curriculum with their Infants/toddlers. I will provide an eight-part lesson plan for attendees to observe. The class will be 50 minutes long with a brief discussion time at the end.

Connie GreenwoodConnie Greenwood has been the primary First Steps in Music teacher at the University of Hartford since 2007.
